The Cottonwood Island Bed & Breakfast is located between Wasilla and Palmer in the Mat-Su Valley, approximately 45 miles from downtown Anchorage by highway or 33 miles by air.

Education

We are located in the Mat-Su Borough School District. This home is within the boundaries for Finger Lake Elementary, Colony Middle and Colony High School.

If you prefer to have your child attend a different school, the district has a liberal boundary exemption policy. Several private schools are located nearby. A branch of the University of Alaska Anchorage is located nearby (Mat-Su College).
